Who is closest to earning

Reps one outbound named-account SQA short of their SPIFF threshold — the fastest payout unlocks in the quarter.

Plan setup exceptions

Where the plan record, the named-account book and the SQAs counted here disagree. Each one changes a SPIFF threshold or a payout, so they are worth fixing before the pilot pays out.

Raw results

Every SQA in the quarter for a BDR meeting owner, all segments.

Outbound meetings before SQA

Named-account meetings owned by a BDR that have not yet become an active SQA. Created and Accepted (and reschedule) still have a path; Rejected will not make it through.

In the Queue

Meetings on BDR-owned named accounts with no active SQA behind them yet, stacked by status. A meeting counts as outbound when the named-account BDR is either the first or the effective touch — meetings come before opportunities, so nothing here depends on an opp being created.

Meeting detail

One row per meeting. Days ago = calendar days since object_date. Attribution reads both touches — a meeting counts when the named-account BDR is either the first or the effective touch.

How the SPIFF pays

Count outbound named-account SQAs in the quarter, subtract your segment threshold, multiply what is left by $150. Uncapped. Your core BDR plan is unchanged — this is extra upside on top.
Step 1 · count
Outbound SQAs
Outbound named-account SQAs delivered in the quarter — any opportunity segment. Population is Ent/MM BDR roles.
Step 2 · threshold
Ent 3 · MM 4
Same threshold for BDR and Senior BDR. Set below full quarterly quota so you can earn early.
Step 3 · pay
$150
Per SQA above the threshold. Uncapped.
Example
$300
Ent BDR with 5 outbound SQAs: (5 − 3) × $150 = $300.
